Create several orders from a list with AI

Copy a list of several orders from a document, note or spreadsheet and paste it into LamaFlow — or add a single screenshot of the same list. AI proposes a separate order for each customer, with products, prices and the specified courier and office. Review the proposals, choose which ones to create and confirm them together. Shipping labels remain a separate step.

Connect Instagram directly and create orders from messages

Open a conversation from your connected Instagram profile in LamaFlow and start recognition. AI fills in the order details, including the specified courier and office or address, beside the messages — no copying text or uploading screenshots.

Requires access to AI and available plan usage. Shipping requires a configured courier. Direct conversations require a connected Instagram profile with the necessary permissions.

From source to shipment

  1. Add a source

    Paste a conversation or a list of orders, add a photo or open messages from your connected Instagram profile.

  2. Recognize and review

    Start AI recognition. Review the products, quantities, prices, name, phone number and delivery details.

  3. AI recognizes the delivery

    The courier and destination are filled in from the source, with no manual selection in this example. AI recognizes Econt and Plovdiv Belomorski office from the conversation. You review the details.

  4. Create an order and shipping label

    Save the order first. After reviewing the required details, create the shipping label as a separate action.

Questions about AI orders

Can I create several orders from one list?

Yes. Paste the list text or add an image of it. AI splits the separate orders and shows a proposal for each. Only the reviewed, selected orders are created; if one fails, the others are not rolled back. Direct Excel or PDF file import is not supported — copy the text or add an image.

Can I create an order from a photo or screenshot?

Yes. Add the photo or screenshot as a source and start recognition. Review the suggested details and complete missing fields before creating the order.

Does AI automatically reply to my customers?

Not in the process shown here. This demonstration uses an existing conversation. You start recognition and confirm the order.

What do I need for Instagram orders?

You need a compatible Instagram profile connected to the selected workspace, with access to messages authorized. Feature availability and AI limits depend on your plan and settings.

Does creating an order immediately issue a shipping label?

No. Creating the order and issuing a shipping label are separate actions. A shipping label requires an active courier connection and valid sender, recipient and parcel details.

Is recognition always accurate?

AI can miss or misread information. Review every suggestion. Unclear names, phone numbers, addresses, quantities and prices need to be clarified before shipping.
