Shopify and LamaFlow
Shopify is a strong platform, but Bulgarian couriers, offices and cash on delivery are not built in. LamaFlow connects to your store through the Shopify app and syncs orders, so you handle them alongside couriers, waybills and customer conversations. Card payments stay in Shopify.
What you can do
Synced orders
New Shopify orders appear in LamaFlow with products, customer and delivery details. No manual export.
Bulgarian courier delivery
Offer delivery with Econt, Speedy, BOX NOW, Pigeon Express or Sameday and create waybills from the order, depending on which couriers you connect.
Quick inquiry from the product page
The Shopify quick order button collects an inquiry only — name, phone and the chosen product. It does not create a Shopify order. You contact the customer and decide how to continue.
Viber, WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram and call buttons
Add separate contact buttons to product pages, each with its own settings.
How to connect
Get access and install
Once you have test access, connect the store from LamaFlow and approve the requested permissions in Shopify.
Connect your couriers
Enter credentials for the couriers you have contracts with.
Enable the buttons you need
Turn on the quick inquiry or messaging buttons only where you will use them.

- Connecting new Shopify stores is currently limited to test access. If you'd like to use it, contact us or book a walkthrough.
- An active Shopify store and permission to install apps.
- A contract with at least one courier if you will create waybills.

Frequently asked questions
Does Shopify quick order create a real order?
No. It collects an inquiry with the customer's details. You review it and handle it separately — for example by creating the order yourself after talking to the customer.
Can I connect a Shopify store right after registering?
Not freely yet. The Shopify connection is in limited test access while we prepare it for all merchants. Book a walkthrough if you'd like to take part.
Do card payments stay in Shopify?
Yes. LamaFlow does not replace Shopify's payment system.
