"Message on Messenger" button
If customers already message your Facebook Page, this button saves them the search. It opens Messenger to your Page with an introduction the customer sees first and sends when ready. The conversation happens in Messenger, not in LamaFlow.

Do messages arrive in LamaFlow?
No. You receive them in Messenger as usual.
