"Message on Instagram" product button
This button is for stores whose customers like to ask on Instagram. It opens direct messages to your professional profile. The distinction matters: the button only takes the customer to Instagram. To see conversations in LamaFlow and create orders from them, use the separate Instagram conversations connector.
What you can do
Straight to the profile
Enter the username or exact profile address and the button opens messages there.
Its own settings
Text, colour and placement are not shared with other channels.
Works without the conversation connector
You don't need to connect the Instagram profile to LamaFlow to use the button.
How to connect
Enter the profile
Add the username (with or without @) or an ig.me / instagram.com address.
Set the style
Choose the button text and colour.
Test
Open a product on a phone and tap the button.
