Nekorekten: phone signals on new orders
Nekorekten is a community where merchants report problem customers. When the connector is active, LamaFlow checks the phone number on each new order and stores the result, so opening the order again doesn't repeat the request. A signal means someone reported a problem — not that the customer is certainly a fraudster. The decision stays with you.
What you can do
Check on new orders
The phone number is checked automatically when the order arrives.
Stored result
The result is shown on the order without new requests to Nekorekten.
Context, not a verdict
See whether signals exist, then decide whether to confirm the order by phone.

Frequently asked questions
Does a signal mean I should reject the order?
No. It is information from other merchants. Call the customer or ask for prepayment if you judge it necessary.
Why does the connector report an access error?
Check that the API key is active and its allowed IP addresses in Nekorekten include *. After changing access, click Save in LamaFlow to verify it again.
How is it different from NepoStop?
Nekorekten shows merchant reports; NepoStop shows counts of delivered and uncollected parcels for the phone.
