Brevo for store emails
LamaFlow always has a working email sender. With Brevo, those emails can come from your domain and name, which customers recognise. Your sender takes over only after a successful check and activation for a specific store — until then nothing breaks.
What you can do
Your sender
Emails go out with your verified address and sender name.
No risk during setup
Until the connection passes its check, the platform sender is used.
Per store
Enable Brevo separately for each store.
How to connect
Create an API key
In Brevo open SMTP & API → API keys and create a regular API key (not an SMTP key).
Enter the sender
Add the verified sender email and name.
Save and verify
Click Save, verify and activate. If Brevo blocks it, authorise the IP under Authorized IPs.
What you need
- A Brevo account with a verified sender or domain.
- A regular Brevo API key.
- If Brevo restricts authorised IPs, allowing our server's address.
Supported workspaces
- WooCommerce
- Shopify
- LamaFlow Direct
Frequently asked questions
What if the key stops working?
Emails fall back to the platform sender so they don't stop.
Is it for marketing campaigns?
It covers the emails LamaFlow sends during the order process, not campaigns.
Why does Brevo reject the check?
Usually the authorised IP setting. Allow only an address you recognise as coming from this test.
