BOX NOW locker delivery
BOX NOW is a parcel locker network. Many customers prefer it because they collect the parcel when it suits them, without waiting for a courier. LamaFlow uses the BOX NOW Partner API to show lockers during checkout and create the shipment to the chosen locker. BOX NOW is locker-only — it does not offer address or office delivery.

The customer picks a locker from the map or list while ordering, so the destination is clear from the start.
Shipment to the chosen locker
Create the shipment from the order using the saved locker and recipient details.
Label and tracking
The label is ready to print and the shipment status is shown on the order.

Can I ship to an address with BOX NOW?
No. This connection is for locker delivery. Use another connected courier for address delivery.
What about large parcels?
Packages must fit a locker compartment. Offer a different delivery option for bulky goods.

It depends on your BOX NOW agreement and what the service supports for the shipment. Check your terms before offering it.
