AI Checkout with a voice assistant
AI Checkout is a LamaFlow checkout template where customers can talk to a voice assistant instead of only filling in fields. The assistant helps with the order details, and the customer sees and confirms everything before submitting. Enabling the connector only makes the template available — you then select it in Checkout Builder.

How to connect
Enable AI Checkout
Turn on the connector for the store if your plan supports it.
Set a fixed delivery price
At least one active delivery service with a fixed price is required.
Select the template
Open Checkout Builder and choose the AI Checkout template.
What you need
- A plan that includes AI Checkout. Lower plans only include a preview.
- The feature must be switched on for the platform by LamaFlow; if you don't see it in your account, it isn't available to you yet.
- At least one delivery service with a fixed price.
- A store using the LamaFlow Checkout Builder (WooCommerce).

Frequently asked questions
Does the assistant take orders on its own?
No. It helps the customer fill in details, but the customer confirms the order.
Why is a fixed delivery price required?
So the customer hears and sees a clear total during the conversation.
Can I try it?
Yes, the preview shows how it looks. The full assistant for customers requires a supporting plan.
